Artist statement:

This interpretation of the novel The Thin Red Line is one of memoriam and the sacrificial gift of life involved in military conflict. Each and every soldier, regardless of nationality, makes an ultimate tribute to a cause when contributing their efforts to global conflict. Wrapped and Ready is my tribute to those who fight for causes far beyond my comprehension.
